  1. What types of baked goods do you offer?

    • French macarons are our specialty, but we offer a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, pies, and specialty treats. 
  2. Can you ship your products to me?

    • Yes and no. Most of our products will ship well with the exception of the macarons. Because macarons are so fragile, we will ship them to you, but there will be a hefty upcharge. They're worth it!
  3. Do you have a physical store?

    • No, we do not have a physical store. Each macaron we make is special for you and made-to-order. Please give us a call or let us know when placing an order if you prefer pickup or delivery for your order.
  4. How many macaron/cookie flavors can I order?

    • we require a 10-item minimum for each flavor. For example, if you order 20 macarons, you can select up to 2 different flavors. If you order 5 macarons, you can select 1 flavor.
  5. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

    • Yes! We offer gluten-free options. In fact, all of our French macarons have gluten-free options. Please be sure to request this option when placing an order.
  6. Can I place a custom order?

    • Absolutely! In fact, all of our products are made-to-order. Include any customization requests, including most flavors, in your order, and we can discuss specifics in our consultation.
  7. How far in advance should I place an order?

    • We recommend placing custom orders at least 3-5 days in advance, but for large or complex orders, please allow more time.
  8. Do you deliver?

    • Yes, we offer delivery for macarons within a certain radius of our bakery. Delivery fees may apply. Call us or fill out the contact form in the ‘contact us’ section for more details. We can ship cookies to anywhere in the U.S.!
  9. Do you offer gift options or gift cards?

    • Yes! We offer gift cards and beautifully packaged gift boxes for all occasions. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or special surprises!
  10. Can I buy your baked goods in bulk for an event or party?

    • Absolutely! We offer bulk orders for events, parties, and weddings. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
  11. Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?

    • We pride ourselves on using high-quality, natural ingredients, and we avoid artificial flavors and preservatives whenever possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns when placing an order.
  12. What is your policy for cancellations or changes to orders?

    • Full payment for custom orders is required when order is placed. Please call or email us asap to make any changes to your order.
  13. Do you have an Instagram account?

    • Our Instagram account is under construction at this time. We will update this section once our Instagram page is available.
  14. Do you accommodate allergies?

    • We take food allergies seriously. While we can't guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment, we are happy to discuss your needs and provide options for common allergens like nuts, dairy, and eggs.
  15. How should I store your baked goods?

    • For the best taste and freshness, we recommend storing our baked goods in an airtight container in the fridge. Most items are best enjoyed within 7 days but can be frozen for longer storage.
  16. Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

    • No, we do not provide bulk discounts at this time.
